Antalya Airport Updates

On April 12, 2025, the grand opening of the new domestic and international terminals took place at Antalya International Airport.

What has changed?

• The airport's capacity has increased to 82 million passengers per year. This makes Antalya Airport the second busiest in Turkey after Istanbul Airport. ​
• The area of ​​the terminals has been expanded. The international terminal has been increased from 93,000 m² to 223,000 m², the domestic terminal - from 37,000 m² to 75,000 m².
• The number of aircraft parking spaces has increased (from 108 to 176). ​
• New taxiways have been built (to improve logistics and capacity). ​

In addition, new buildings for staff and official delegations have been built on the airport territory. The adjacent territory has been updated, including parking lots and infrastructure, which will significantly improve passenger comfort.​

These changes are aimed at improving the quality of service and satisfying the growing number of tourists and international traffic, especially during the summer season.
